Expanded polypropylene is utilized in a wide variety of custom molds and packaging as well as automotive
EPP beads produce a very tough low-density closed-cell foam with excellent energy absorption characteristics. The material has excellent recoverability. Foams molded from these beads also retain their high degree of dimensional stability when exposed to temperature extremes. Expanded polypropylene can be molded into a wide variety of forms, and custom fitted to ensure that your product is cradled by durable, lightweight and recyclable containers.

EPP shock pad is a multi-functional base system, which can be applied in the soccer field, golf court, tennis court, hockey court, garden, rooftop, and anywhere suitable. It's a revolutionary base system, unlike any alternative base system, the world has never seen before.

- EPP is a special PP foam with exceptional impact absorption, lightweight and heat resistance. It has high energy absorption, good impact absorption, excellent resilience. Aside from these properties, it also has some additional properties like non-water absorption and chemical resistance, which open up a broad range of applications: from vehicle construction, packaging and transport containers to sports and leisure applications.

- EPP is 100% recyclable, which means it's a more environmentally friendly solution than alternative options. It is manufactured and processed without any CFCs(Chlorofluorocarbons). The EPP sheet sub-layer basis can easily be cleaned or disinfected, it does not absorb water and is resistant to oils and chemicals.
