Product Description:
At present, the vast majority of the existing artificial sand and gravel production line use the wet production process. No matter what form of sand washing machine may be used, the biggest drawback is the serious loss of sand, which not only losses seriously, but also seriously affect the sand level and cause the unreasonable gradation, fineness modulus partial thick, greatly reduce the quality of the product sand. Excessive sand emissions will also cause the environmental pollution.
In order to solve the problem of sand loss, our company has successfully developed the LZ series of fine sand recovery machine, the equipment in our company has absorbed the advanced foreign technology, and combined with the actual situation of sand powder, which is designed with the advanced level of fine material extraction equipment.
 
Working Principles:
The high-pressure vacuum pump sends the sand-water mixture to the high-pressure separator, and the fine sand separated by the centrifugal force is supplied to the vibrating screen through the settling mouth. By the dewatering of the vibrating screen, the fine sand and water are effectively separated, and a small amount of fine sand and mud will return to the cleaning tank through the return tank. When the liquid surface in the cleaning tank is higher than the discharge port, the excess waste water discharged through the discharge port. The weight concentration of the recovered material of the linear vibrating screen is 70% -80%. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, the mortar concentration, and adjusting the overflow water volume, and replacing the sand nozzle. Thus completing the three functions of washing, dehydration and grading.

Notice:
Preparation:
1.Check carefully whether the lubrication condition of bearing is good.
2.Check carefully whether all the fixed parts are completely tight,
3.Check whether decelerator's lubricants meet lubricant and environmental requirements and change the lubricant in time.
4.Check whether the belt is good.
5.Clean up oil stain on the belt or belt pulley.

Maintenance:
1.This machine can be used for sand washing after normal operating on non-load condition.
2.Materials should be fed uniformly in order to prevent overfull materials resulting in bad effect of washing.
3.Stop feeding materials and make sand washer continually work for 5~10 minutes before you stop the machine. Stop operating after all the materials have been discharged.
4.Clear up the waste water and precipitation in the sand washer, otherwise it would influence the washing effect and increase equipment's load.
5.Change screen web in time when it worn-out.
