B: Function and features:
1.Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by ball leadscrews, driven by servo motors
2.Headstock takes symmetrical structure to make thermal deformation be even, avoiding the spindle center generates offsets.
3.Headstock adopts oil bath circulating lubrication to reduce thermal deformation.
4. Either vertical or horizontal 4-stations or 6-stations tool post or gang tools can be selected. The post is located on precision contrite gears with a high repeated positioning accuracy.
5. Both chuck and tailstock are supplied with hydraulic and manual type
6.The surface of bedways and the gear are supersonic frequency hardened and precision ground with a long service life.
7. Variable spindle speed can be programmed as two rangs, that is high one and low one.

G: Warranty: 
The seller shall guarantee that equipments are completely brand-new and shall conform to the technical main specification. The mechanical guarantee of machinery & equipment shall be 12 months from the installation in case the commissioning can not be carried out due to buyer's reason. During the guarantee period, if the accessory (ies) of equipment(s) is/are damaged, due to the buyer's insufficient maintenance, improper operation of the equipment, the seller will replace or repair it at buyer's charge, while if the said damages are due to faults in designs and workmanship, seller will replace or repair it at his own cost.
